@august yup, should be possible; first set up an account alias on your new account (can't remember how to do that on iceshrimp, since my former iceshrimp.net instance is down and it thus has been a hot minute since i used iceshrimp), then go to /settings/migration on the mastodon instance, enter the handle of the new account and your old account's password, and click on move followers
@august generally yes, although some followers may not be transferred. it really depends on your service. you should read the manual for the instructions and any potential issues.
